As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to develop, we at AMS Performance will be making temporary adjustments to not only minimize the health risk to our team and their families, but to ensure we are doing our part to slow the spread of the virus.
The majority of our sales, engineering, and marketing staff will be working from home through the foreseeable future. During this time our facility will be closed to walk-in customers, however, you can still contact members of these teams with our normal phone number and extensions, or via email and Skype.
Shop service, tuning, production, and shipping departments will continue with reduced staff on rotation and additional cleaning/disinfecting measures to minimize any potential risk. New service and tuning appointments are still available to schedule, but customers will not be allowed inside the facility for the safety of all parties involved. Paperwork will be provided for you to fill out prior to arrival, with the car disinfected before and after service by our staff.
While we are going to do everything possible to minimize disruption to our customers, please bear with us should we begin to experience delays.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and additional measures may be implemented as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our team and community. Hopefully, things will return to normal quickly if we all do our part.
