The R8’s strength is roll racing. Not many owners ever really take their R8 to the 1/4 mile dragstrip, but in an effort to make it a more well-rounded street car, we decided it would be beneficial to do some testing off the line. The Alpha 10 Audi R8 Twin Turbo managed a 10.7 @ 143mph on the pump gas tune. This was using a completely stock clutch and the OEM supplied street tires on a cold track at the end of the 2015 racing season. More to come in the 2016 track season.
